Womens Health: Pregnancy Physiotherapy 

With expertise in physiotherapy, yoga, and Pilates, Sabrina is passionate about providing specialized care for pre and postnatal women. She addresses various issues such as pelvic floor dysfunctions, clarifies the concept of "core" muscles, guides on suitable exercises during pregnancy, manages pelvic girdle pain, alleviates lower back pain, and addresses abdominal separation.

Sabrina employs Real-Time Ultrasound assessments to ensure precise engagement of the correct pelvic floor muscles, offering a comprehensive approach to women's health and well-being.
